At Ruda Edit, we aim to ensure that you love what you wear. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and a clear refund process.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The product is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Products marked as Final Sale
Items damaged due to improper use or not in original condition
In case of any replacement we will deliver the product in 5-7 business days
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned product:
If approved, your refund will be Credited within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are made to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your UPI or bank details.Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Product?
If you’ve received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll resolve it at the earliest – either by sending a replacement or processing a refund.
Return Eligibility:

- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
- Pickup for the exchange will be arranged from your address (where serviceable).
- Please raise return or exchange request within 48 hours of the delivery.

- Products reported after the 24-hour exchange window
4. No Returns Policy
We currently do not offer returns, as our collection is limited and produced in small quantities. Only exchanges are possible under the conditions mentioned above.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable in cases where the exchange cannot be fulfilled (e.g., if the required size is unavailable).
- Refund will be credited to original payment method within 6-9 days.
- In case of a failed delivery due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, shipping charges will be deducted before refund.

Q1. Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
A: If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we got you. Just reach out to us quickly via WhatsApp or DM — we’re pretty responsive.
Q2. What happens if I miss my delivery?
A: No worries! The courier usually attempts delivery 2 times. If you still miss it, we’ll reach out and help reschedule or sort a solution.
Q3. Who bears the shipping cost for exchanges?
A: Whether the exchange is due to a damaged/defective item or a size issue, all shipping charges will be fully borne by us.
Q4. How long does it take to receive an exchanged item?
A: Once your exchange request is approved and the original item is picked up, the replacement item will typically be dispatched within 3–5 working days, subject to stock availability.
Q5. What proof is required for damaged/defective item claims?
A: A clear, continuous unboxing video (from the moment you open the package until the product is fully visible) is mandatory. Photos or incomplete videos will not be accepted.
Q6. What happens if the required size is not available?
A: If the size you request is not available, you may select an alternate product of the same value. If you do not wish to choose another product, we will issue a refund via Bank Transfer or GPay within 7–10 working days.
